Who We Are
Alego Young Entrepreneurs (AYE) is a youth-led and youth-focused Community Based Organization (CBO) registered by social services department on 14th of July 2022 under registration number SC/SYA/SEW/CBO/2200 and dedicated to empowering young people to lead in climate action, sustainable agriculture, and community development.
Since our registration in July 2022, we’ve worked to equip youth with practical skills, mentorship, and opportunities that promote green entrepreneurship, climate-smart farming, and economic resilience across Siaya County.
AYE is driven by a belief that young people are not just beneficiaries but key drivers of change. Our programs focus on creating employment, enhancing food security, and fostering environmental sustainability — ensuring that every young person has a chance to thrive while contributing to a more resilient and sustainable future.
